Receptionist/Receptionist (Bank)

You will become part of a team which works collaboratively to provide a high quality and effective reception service and administrative support.

Salary and benefits

  • £18,165 or £9.29 per hour outside London
  • £20,902 or £10.69 per hour inside London
  • Excellent holidays – 27 days plus public and bank holidays

About this job

Every site is different. Most of our Receptionists work in hospitals or health centres (such as for a GP or dental practice) but you could work in a wide range of NHS buildings including offices.

You will be supporting excellent patient care in many different ways; you will be a calm, professional, friendly and efficient representative of NHS Property Services. Some of your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, relatives, visitors, staff and contractors, and dealing with phone calls. You do not need to have any experience as a Receptionist in the NHS as full training will be given, but you will need to have some transferable experience to be successful in this job. Facilities Support Assistant

You will lead many aspects of day-to-day facilities services to drive quality and performance standards to ensure we provide a customer focused, cost effective and efficient facilities support service to the NHS.

  • £19,200 – £27,734 outside London
  • £22,080 – £31,894 inside London

About this job

Most of our Facilities Support Assistants work in offices and larger sites, however you could work in a wide range of NHS buildings. You would also need to travel and be flexible as you could support a wide geographic area of sites. You will be supporting excellent facilities management and ultimately patient care by planning, coordinating and managing facilities services to exacting standards so that we provide a safe, clean environment.
